Clarification Text on the Processing of Personal Data Pursuant to Law No. 6698

1. Identity of the Data Controller

In accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“KVKK”), Ghanbari (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) acts as the Data Controller. We are committed to processing and protecting your personal data in compliance with the law and international standards.

2. Purposes of Processing Personal Data

Your personal data obtained by our Company is processed for the following purposes:

• Executing product procurement, design, and styling services in accordance with your requests.

• Managing logistical operations, including the shipment of furniture and design materials to your location.

• Carrying out financial operations, invoicing, and payment processing.

• Managing customer relationships and communication processes.

• Conducting digital marketing activities and measuring the efficiency of ad campaigns (via tools like Google Ads, Meta Pixel, etc.), provided that necessary permissions are obtained.

• Ensuring the legal and commercial security of the Company and persons in a business relationship with the Company.

3. To Whom and For What Purposes Personal Data May Be Transferred

To fulfill the purposes stated above, your personal data may be transferred to the following parties in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK:

• Business Partners & Suppliers: Manufacturers, logistics companies, and installation teams (both in Türkiye and abroad) strictly for the execution of your orders.

• Legally Authorized Public Institutions: To comply with legal obligations, such as tax laws and requests from judicial authorities.

• Service Providers: Third-party providers for IT infrastructure, secure payment systems, and cloud storage services.

4. Method and Legal Reason for Personal Data Collection

Your personal data is collected through automated or non-automated methods via our website, email communications, social media channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram), and cookies.

The processing is based on the following legal grounds specified in Article 5 of the KVKK:

• Processing is necessary for the performance of a contract (e.g., fulfilling your design or product order).

• Processing is mandatory for the legitimate interests of the Data Controller, provided that it does not violate the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject.

• Processing is clearly provided for by the laws (e.g., Tax Procedure Law).

• Explicit Consent: Required for specific marketing activities and certain cross-border data transfers where other legal grounds do not apply.

5. Rights of the Data Subject (Article 11)

As a data subject, you have the following rights under Article 11 of the KVKK:

1. To learn whether your personal data is being processed.

2. To request information if your personal data has been processed.

3. To learn the purpose of the processing and whether the data is used in accordance with that purpose.

4. To know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred, domestically or abroad.

5. To request the correction of your personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed.

6. To request the deletion or destruction of your personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the KVKK.

7. To object to the occurrence of a result against you solely by analyzing the processed data through automated systems.

8. To demand compensation for damages if you suffer damage due to the unlawful processing of your personal data.
